The Space

This downtown ground floor apartment is two rooms completely separate from the main house and has it's own private entrance, bathroom, kitchenette & more.

 

The space has a "Movie Theater" atmosphere with a 8 foot projection TV and complimentary popcorn station along with authentic movie posters throughout. Also true THX- 5.1 surround sound to give you a feeling of being at the movies. With 550+ channels including... HBO®, Cinemax®, STARZ®, ENCORE®, SHOWTIME®, THE MOVIE CHANNEL®, FLIX® and more you are sure to find something for everyone to enjoy. There are a few surprises.... we can't tell you everything! 

 

Detail Amenities Include:
The private bedroom has a queen-size sleigh bed , electric fireplace and cable TV with 550+ channels.  The entertainment room has a queen-size sofa bed.  Both beds have high-end 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, . The space can accommodate up-to 4 people total.

 

There is a coffee maker with complimentary coffee & bottled water, microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge, dish washer, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and even a handheld fabric steamer so you will look as good as you feel. Dishes and utensils are provided as well. Washer and dyer are available on request.

 

This apartment is "Business Ready" with a computer, high speed internet and printer.

 

We are on site & available should you have any problems such as help getting onto our network or working the projection TV or sound system.

 

A Keyless entry system was just added. No longer do you have to keep up with a key and remember to leave it behind when you check-out.

We are on site & available to answer questions, recommend local sites, restaurants, entertainment, etc. in and around Franklin including Nashville.

 

Getting Around

We have a very nice walking park within walking distance with a kids playground for small ones. There is no ball playing allowed so it is nice and quiet. You can also walk your dogs on leashes here.

 

Downtown Franklin is less than 1/2 miles from us. And don't forget Nashville is only 20 miles north of us.

 

Other Things to Note

- This space is very private so... going in and out at all times of the day or night will not disturb anyone. That's what makes this B&B a great place for families and/or active young people.
