Cedarmont Sign Improvement Complete
A huge THANK YOU goes out to one of our Cedarmont homeowners (requested to remain anonymous) who volunteered his amazing skills and created a duplicate Cedarmont logo for the "backside" of the Cedarmont Farms monument at Arno Rd. The low voltage lighting added, gives it just the right amount of attention that it so deserves! Landscaping to be added as weather permits in the spring. We appreciate you!

Update from our Coordinator for Improvements, Roger Everson:
Spring is almost here and I want to let everyone know that I met with DJ Scruggs, who does our mowing and shrubbery maintenance. DJ is working up an estimate for the spring cleanup and mulching of the front entrance. We will be adding some plants for color as well. As soon as I get that estimate, I will send that out to everyone so please make sure Rhonda Baskin (rhonda.baskin@compass.com) has your current email address.
There will be a future need to replace the sign post at the corner of Arno Rd and Cedarmont Dr., once road work is complete. We already have the sign post so just need to hire someone to install it. We don't currently have a cost for that yet. Timing is based on completions of road construction.
This is the time for donations to our funds. We are starting the year in pretty good shape but as I am sure you know, it doesn’t take long to run through our cash.
I don’t use Venmo, but I can take your check, or cash. You can send me the check in the mail to the address below, or give me a call and I’ll stop by and pick it up. There were 22 donations last year which averaged $115.00. Obviously the more that is collected, the more we can do!

NEW PARK COMING TO FRANKLIN
The Pearlene M. Bransford Complex will be a multi-use recreational space at 3452 Carothers Pkwy. The first phase called "The Pearl" will feature football and lacrosse fields, an inclusive playground called Ellie G's Dream World, and a paved perimeter trail. Future plans include additional sports fields, sand volleyball and basketball courts, as well as educational walking trail and a clean water facility. To read more, go to franklinis.com
